News: New marketing director for BLP Free 16 Mar 2007
Neil Templeton, former global marketing director of FLAG Telecom, has joined UK firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) to replace marketing director Gillian Khan, who left the firm in October 2006.
Templeton, who has 20-years experience in major international marketing roles, mainly in the telecoms sector, will be a board member.

If the number of recruitment ads posted every day from the likes of PSMG and PM Forum are anything to go by, it seems that the job market for legal marketing in the UK is buoyant to say the least. In France, where I’m based, many people still think wistfully of the ‘job for life’ concept with a sweet nostalgic smile. On the other side of the Channel however, the UK norm seems to be for marketing people to switch positions around every two or three years.
